Care of Zuni Fetishes

Zuni Fetishes require no care other then an occasional dusting. 

Do not wash them.  

Older fetishes that appear soiled or dirty
should be left as they are  to maintain their value.

Zuni Fetishes are all quite fragile. 

Some are more fragile then others depending upon their shape,
the stones they are carved from and they bundles they carry. 

Stone can easily crack if banged against another stone or hard surface.

  We strongly recommend that when you carry a fetish
 it be in a leather pouch.
