These ancient, larger then life, bronze castings were on route
to Greek Empire destinations long forgotten.

They were sent to conquered places as symbols of the far reaching power
and strength of the Greek Empire.

For they had mastered bronze and
emerged from the stone age.

The ship carrying these magnificent castings sunk off Riace
and there these treasures stayed for 2500 years

Until discovered and finely restored.
